WordPress runs a lot of the web, but it comes with baggage. It started as blogging software, and everything else has been bolted on through plugins. More plugins means more updates, more conflicts, more things to go wrong.
We prefer tools that were designed from the ground up for business websites.
That's the idea. You'll have access to an editor for all the day-to-day stuff: text changes, new images, adding blog posts.
It's not complicated, and we'll show you how it works before we hand things over.
Hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, software updates, and support when you need it.
We keep an eye on uptime and security. If something goes wrong, we deal with it.
This covers the technical side. If you'd like us to make content changes for you, that's billable separately.
For a ready-made website, typically 2-3 weeks from when we have your content. Custom builds take longer depending on complexity – usually 4-8 weeks.
The biggest factor is often content. If you have your text, images, and branding ready to go, that speeds things up. If you need help with that, we can guide you through the process.
We can migrate your existing content to the new site and transfer your domain name over if you're keeping it.
We'll also set up redirects so any links to your old pages still work, and you keep whatever search rankings you've built up. Redirect setup is an optional extra if you need it.
Every site we build is responsive, meaning it adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops automatically.
